DealerOS — Privacy Policy

Effective date: 10 September 2026 · App: DealerOS (com.dealeros.app)

DealerOS is a staff attendance and payroll app for small businesses. This policy explains, in plain language, how the app handles your information.

1. We do not collect any data

DealerOS does not collect, transmit, share or sell any personal data. The app has no account system, no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and makes no network calls. Everything you enter — staff names, salaries, attendance records and reports — is stored only in the app's local storage on your own device and never leaves it.

2. Permissions

The app requests no sensitive permissions: no location, camera, microphone, contacts or storage access. The standard Android INTERNET permission is declared by the underlying app framework but is not used — DealerOS works fully offline.

3. Deleting your data

Because all data lives on your device, you are always in control. You can delete individual staff records inside the app, or remove everything at once by clearing the app's storage in Android settings (Settings → Apps → DealerOS → Storage → Clear data) or by uninstalling the app.

4. Children

DealerOS is a business utility and is not directed at children. Since the app collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children either.

5. Changes to this policy

If a future version of DealerOS ever adds features that handle data differently (for example, optional cloud backup), this policy will be updated first and the change will be noted in the app's release notes.
